**We are in the business for Manufacturing, Sales & Installation of Window Blinds operating from Mumbai**

**Key responsibilities**:
**Premises Cleanliness**:

- Ensure Housekeeping person has cleaned the office to satisfaction.
- Ensure Housekeeping items are in stock and well arranged.
- Ensure office is looking neat & organized.

**Premises Maintenance**:

- Ensure functioning of Telephone, Internet, AC, Lights, Fan, CCTV.
- Keeping list of contact numbers for lodging complaints for non-functioning system.
- Bank Work/ Online Payments of Bills
- Visit Bank Branch for purpose of Deposit, Withdrawals, DD, NEFT, RTGS and or any Payments & Submissions.
- Keep track of payment due dates of Credit Cards, Electricity, Telephone, Mobile, Society, Insurance etc. and ensure timely payment.
- Ensure pantry is refilled with tea, coffee, water bottles, cups etc.
- Act as a runner for any office needs.

**Refill / Reorder Stationary**:

- Refill of Pre-printed stationary like Complaint Form, Feedback Form, and all stationary items like Printer paper, letterheads, visiting card, envelope, staples, pins, rubber bands, vouchers, also housekeeping materials for office use etc.
- Reorder Stationary items when required.

**Transport / Courier**

Arranging for transport of Finished Goods/ Components to Local Sites /Outstation sites to Vendors through courier / Tempo etc. Keeping record of Goods received and sent. Ensure the goods sent are delivered on time

Receiving Courier and Materials Tracking Items send are delivered and confirming with the receiver.

**Purchases**:
Order Components related to production of Blinds. Keeping track of Goods ordered and ensure they are delivered to us on time.

**Catalogues, Samples and Mock-ups.**
- Understand Samples, Catalogues and Mock-ups.
- Keep register and record of Catalogues & Mock-ups
- Arrange and keep catalogues, mock-ups and samples for easy availability when required.

**Security**
- Responsible for opening and closing of the office.
- Ensuring office is locked during closing time.
- Ensuring storage room is locked.
- Ensuring all lights and ACs are off during closing time.

**Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month**

Schedule**:Day shift**

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience: Office management: 2 years (preferred)

Language: Hindi (preferred)

Work Location**:In person**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
