Job Description: Business Development Executive (International Marketing)

**Job Type**: Full Time

Location: Surat, Gujarat, India

Salary Range: INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000 Per Annum

Experience: Minimum 2 years

1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop actionable strategies.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and acquire new international clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients.

3. Achieving Marketing Targets
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the company’s yarn and têxtile products to international clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market share and profitability.

4. Communication & Coordination
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

5. Trade Shows & Business Travel
- Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions.
- Undertake overseas business trips when required to strengthen client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development or marketing, preferably in the têxtile or yarn industry
- Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Personal Attributes:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
