Arakkal Group is looking for a CRM Associate to join our team and contribute to our customer relationship management efforts. As a CRM Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our sales and marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records and update our CRM system with the latest information.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing product information, suggesting appropriate selections, and facilitating sales transactions.

Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers, such as loyalty programs and personalized follow-ups.

Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance our services.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, informing customers about new arrivals, and promoting special offers.

Data Analysis: Generate reports and analyze CRM data to track customer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns.

CRM Software: Utilize CRM software and tools to effectively manage customer interactions and communication.

Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals through effective customer relationship management.

Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service techniques to continually improve performance.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer preferences and needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align customer-focused efforts.

**Requirement**

Proficiency in English & Hindi language is preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or CRM is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and database management.

Knowledge of the products and services offered by Arakkal Group.

Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
