Business Development Associate


We are seeking an accomplished and driven Business Development and Marketing Associate with a strong technical background in computer science and technology with an ability to understand and sell highly technical SaaS products and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 months of business development experience, coupled with excellent communication skills in English. Candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. This is an On-Site Role - Kochi Office


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, networking activities, and strategic outreach initiatives.

- Develop and nurture strong, value-driven relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Closely collaborate with the technical team to gain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

- Ability to manage and oversee Developer relations within client teams and manage communications effectively

- Formulate and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and organizational objectives.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value of our offerings.

- Consistently track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and business development progress.


Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with blockchain technology is strongly preferred. (optional)

- Minimum of one year of experience in business development or a related role.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

- Prior internship experience in business development or sales is considered an asset.

Packgae will be around 15k - 30k ( perfomance bonus will be there )
