The role of a JJM Sales Manager is to Manage & deliver all activities of the JJM project. JJM Sales Manager has the overall responsibility of generating funnel and convert the funnel in to purchase orders. JJM Sales Manager is responsible to co-ordinate with Field sales team and Zonal Sales Managers to drive the business from JJM projects. This role reports to Municipal Vertical Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engaging with key stake holders at JJM in Delhi and shall be able to arrange time to time meetings with Municipal Vertical Director or other senior management team of Hach. Shall work with Ministry of Jal Shakti to create brand image for Hach.
- Shall be able to map the JJM projects across all states and prioritize the states where implementation is on fast track. Need to identify different stake holders for each state like SWSM, PHED. Shall map the organizational chart for each state to identify key decision makers on the project execution.
- Capacity Building & Policy matter Activities - Shall engage with JJM for any capacity building activities and also able to get Hach/Danaher WQ team into policy matter discussions (like working to have better analytical techniques suitable for remote sites) with Ministry of Jal Shakti. Working with Center of Excellences team across all 4 zones and get their preference on Hach brand products.
- Build Funnel & Conversion - Shall map all opportunities from EPC’s and SI’s and create a funnel in SFDC from each state (for online & Lab products).
- Shall support Field sales team on technical presentations at JJM and EPC sites and shall position Hach brand/products as preferred choice.
- Work closely with JJM and EPC for QAP approval along with sales team
- Takes ownership of Sales numbers assigned for JJM project and achieves these numbers on monthly/quarterly basis.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in Engineering (Preferably Electronics or Instrumentation).
- 10+ years experience in Strategic key accounts sales.
- Shall have worked on large projects similar to JJM project/s.
- Shall have previous experience in working on automation projects.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
