Sales Manger

Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective planning, lead generation, and sales techniques.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
5. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
6. Train and guide the sales team to enhance their performance and meet organizational goals.
7. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales (preferably in life insurance sales or field sales).
2. Proficiency in both English and Kannada languages is mandatory.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales quotas.
5. Leadership qualities to motivate and guide the sales team.
6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
8. Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Kanak Pura or relevant areas is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
