**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø **Administrative Support**: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.

Ø **Documentation Management**: Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Ø **Data Entry**: Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately.

Ø **Scheduling**: Help manage schedules by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Ø **Office Supplies**:Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Ø **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.

Ø **Team Collaboration**: Support various departments with projects and tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role. (preferred 5+ years experience)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
