**We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Office Support Specialist to join our growing team**

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments, with a focus on inventory management, purchasing, and basic accounting tasks. You will utilize your strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels, including creating purchase orders, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with vendors.
- Process purchase requests, ensuring adherence to company policies and budget guidelines.
- Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for inventory, purchase orders, and basic accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare basic accounting reports (as needed).
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues, vendors, and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office support or administrative role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas, using functions, and formatting data.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles (a plus).
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
