Ativir Financial Consultants Private Limited is a SEBI Registered Category -I Merchant Banking Firm engaged in Business and Investment Advisory Services, Credit Appraisal, Project Financing, Equity Research, Valuation and Financial Due Diligence. The Company focuses on Debt Syndication and Structured Finance, Debt Restructuring and Resolution Services. The group has diversified into NBFC, Cat I AIF. The Company is having its presence at Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi and Bangalore.
**Job Location**: 412A, The Capital, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400 051.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. (2+ Years)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
**Salary**: ₹8,998.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
