**Company Description**
**Job Description** The purpose of the role is to have timely information to business units to steer them to achieve targeted results, partner for business for supporting new business opportunities with collaboration with other teams to achieve business growth and to ensure right product profitability and necessary measures for the same.**

**Knowledge**:Proficient in financial accounting, reporting and processes.Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, transfer price regulations and GST compliances.Knowledge on Bosch internal guidelines is desirable.

**Functional Skills**:Proficient in cross functional team collaboration and communication skills.Advanced emotional intelligence, negotiation and conflict management skills.Competent decision making, analytical and strategic thinking skills.Competent in IT tools, SAP ERP and other digital tools with exposure in execution.Advanced business acumen and problem solving ability.

**Business Unit Controlling**

Analyze business results and support business to steer business KPIs and KPRs effectively and suggest action points to grow positively and improve profitability.

Financial ReportingReport KPI's and business insights to business unit management to help them assess and take key business decisions and actions.
- New business evaluations_Evaluate profitability and create turnaround scenarios for new product launches including guidance for business model formulation._Investment Appraisal_Evaluate and recommend investment decisions to the management for future capital investments._Budgetary control_Plan, monitor and control the business unit R&D budget including new project cost to meet the defined targets._Plant Controlling_Perform product costing for filter manufacturing to ensure smooth manufacturing operations._Product level profitability analysis_Analyze and highlight products with lower than benchmark profitability, define and track measures for improvement.

**Qualifications**
Chartered Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant with first Attempt or in merit list/MBA Finance from premier Institute.
**Additional Information**
- 2-3 years of post qualification experience
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint,etc
- Good Communication Skills
- Self motivated and passion to work for and with people
