**Role Summary**:
**Key Skills and Experience**:
- ** Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape within the energy technology sector.
- ** Data Judgment**: Ability to analyze and interpret talent acquisition data to identify trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and measure the impact of recruiting initiatives. Act as a focal for WFP hiring.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and overcome challenges in the recruitment process and develop creative solutions to attract and retain talent.
- ** Project Management**: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruiting technologies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with global BUs to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage market research, data analysis, and industry knowledge to identify and source top talent pools.
- Embed DEI the TA and Leadership recruitment activities.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the performance of recruitment activity for your assigned BU.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to ensure and act as talent consultant.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in your industry segment.
