The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a skilled People team member to anchor people-related aspects within our Foundations and Global Accounts Business Unit. The role will involve partnering with the BU leadership to ensure that the people-related goals of the BU are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide talent advisory to the business unit and partner with the business leaders to craft and execute the BU people strategy (talent planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, internal movements)
  • Design and execute initiatives and programs to foster a people-centric and empathetic culture with the BU and address people-related concerns if any
  • Work with people managers to address people-related challenges and co-create proactive and constructive resolutions
  • Anchor the skill-based learning and development initiatives at the BU level and work with managers to plan the development of key talent in the BU
  • Collaborate with the people managers in the Business Unit to ensure all internal people processes are completed on time and with the desired level of thought and consideration
  • Maintain and analyze the people data in the team and identify broad trends and concerns if any.
The Ideal Candidate :
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR, including at least 3-4 years as an HR Business Partner
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; Master's is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Prior experience in consulting environments or start-up organizations is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of excel required in data tracking and analysis
  • Has demonstrated experience in building/ fostering relationships in teams with empathy and maturity
