**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments, conference rooms, and meetings as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as requested
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and photocopiers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
