Receptionist/administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members and assist with meeting room reservations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with building security and maintenance staff to ensure a safe and functional office environment.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols.
- **Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
