- Develop sales plans, strategies, and final presentations designed to meet customer needs and enhance growth of sales for Enclosure product brand.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and solicit orders.

- Analyzing Customer Potential, Generating Opportunities, Preparing Techno Commercial Offers to Customers, Strategically Chasing the Offers submitted to Customers.
- Handling Techno Commercial Negotiations, Winning Profitable Orders, Routing the Orders thru’ Company’s Authorized Channel Partners.
- Relationship Building with Customers & Channel Partners.
- Consistently Developing Customer Base & Enhancing Market Penetration in the assigned territory
- Devise, implement and utilize a follow up system and metrics to monitor success rate.
- Maintain a co-operative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
- Grow, analyze and shape current sales business and identify further growth

Opportunities with Machine Builders, Panel Builders, System Integrators, End-users and Consultants.
- Plan promotional efforts, presentations and training sessions with Channel Partners
- Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by product management team.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from networks, media, business directories, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Promptly follow up marketing leads and other customer-based actions.
- Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into database
- Will work closely with resources in other functions (e.g. Product Management, R&D, Sales Operation, Head of Division and Marketing)
- Analyze new market opportunities.

- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and margin targets for the Region and Markets.

- YOU HAVE:

- Academic background in University Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation Engineering or Business Administration, possibly MBA
- Previous experience in or with
- 12 - 15 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
- Worked for an International company.
- >10 years External Sales & Marketing experience in a professional target driven business
- Growing top line sales through targeted individual sales activity
- Previously managed large geographic territory
- Negotiation and management of major contracts and key accounts
- Budget processing/forecasting/management reporting
