About the PositionWe are seeking a Territory Account Growth Lead to join our sales team in the India region. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our presence in the territory or named accounts, and building strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Manage and increase current business with existing accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory or named accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and product specialist to plan demand generation activities
- Develop a robust business pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the management team
- Communicate sales performance and campaign results to the management team
- 12+ years of experience in direct sales and account management, preferably in software sales
- Ability to set aggressive goals and drive results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or relevant field
