As a Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination, and managing day-to-day activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Organizational Support**: Provide administrative assistance in organizing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, organizing logistics, and taking minutes when necessary.
- **Communication Liaison**: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and tact in all interactions.
- **Task Prioritization**: Assess and prioritize tasks, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- **Document Management**: Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Facilitate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adhering to travel policies.
- **Information Management**: Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify potential issues and offer solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
- **Ad Hoc Support**: Provide additional support as needed, which may include personal errands, research tasks, and miscellaneous administrative duties.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Resourcefulness and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Demonstrated persistence and initiative in completing tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
