Job Description:
The Revenue/ Concierge Executive's primary responsibilities:
**1. Complete Takeover of OTA Bookings and Payment Procedures**: This role will involve assuming full control over Online Travel Agency (OTA) bookings and payment procedures from the Central Reservation team. This transition will streamline the process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing OTA bookings and payments, ultimately leading to improved financial control.

**2. Guest Engagement and Satisfaction Enhancement**:The Revenue/ Concierge Executive will act as a concierge for our guests who book through OTAs. They will proactively engage with these guests post-reservation to address any special requests, preferences, or concerns, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This personalized approach will significantly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**3.** **Coordination Between Properties and Customers**: Another critical responsibility of the Executive will be to serve as a bridge between our various properties and our valued customers. They will work diligently to ensure that every OTA guest's arrival and stay is not just pleasant but also an unforgettable experience. This will involve managing special requests, coordinating room preferences, and addressing any needs or concerns that may arise during a guest's stay.

**4. Direct Booking Initiatives (Flexible Approach)**: The Revenue/Concierge Executive will also be ready to take on direct booking responsibilities when the situation demands it. Their ability to seamlessly transition into this role will ensure we capture every opportunity for direct revenue generation.

**1. Fresher with Strong Communication Skills**: We are looking for a dynamic individual who may be fresher but possesses excellent communication skills. Effective communication will be crucial for engaging with guests, coordinating with properties, and fostering strong customer relationships.

**3. Knowledge of Reservation and Front Office Procedures**: A fundamental understanding of reservation and front office procedures is essential. This knowledge will help the Executive seamlessly handle direct bookings and engage with guests at various stages of their stay.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
