We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to expand our reach and enhance our growth. This role is perfect for individuals with 0-6 months of experience in sales or marketing, who are eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic content service agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage in direct outreach to prospects, initiating conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized communication and consistent follow-up, leveraging insights from cold calls.
- Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of prospective clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their challenges.
- Strategically plan and coordinate outreach efforts, scheduling discussions and appointments between potential clients and account managers.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between sales and account management teams, promoting a unified approach to client engagement.
- Keep detailed records of outbound lead interactions, including cold calls and scheduled meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Regularly report on outbound sales activities, lead conversion rates, and meeting outcomes to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine cold calling and outreach strategies.
- Consistently aim to exceed sales targets by generating qualified leads through proactive cold calling and outreach efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a related area.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
