**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to track activities and manage pipeline effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven success in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Joining Uffizio:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
