**Job Overview**:Allsec is now planning to expand into the realm of HR - techby launching a state of the art HRMS- SaaS platform targeted towards the SME and mid segment organizations.
As the Sales Head specializing in HRMS solutions on SaaS, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and market penetration. You will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of the company's HRMS SaaS platform.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives for HRMS SaaS solutions.
- Identify key market segments, target customers, and competitive landscape to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches and maximize revenue opportunities.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives to position HRMS SaaS solutions effectively.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, solutions, and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's reach and market presence.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and forecasts to provide visibility into sales performance and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on SaaS solutions and/or HRMS technology.
- Strong understanding of HRMS software, SaaS business models, and the broader HR technology landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Experience and ability to lead a team.
