Job Title: Sales Associate (Real Estate)
Reports to: Sales Manager/Team Lead
Location: Bengaluru
Job Summary:
We're seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
1. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
2. Showcase properties to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
3. Negotiate sales and facilitate transactions.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
Market Knowledge and Administration:
1. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and local regulations.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market data.
3. Manage and update CRM database.
4. Prepare sales reports, analytics, and forecasts.
Collaboration and Business Development:
1. Work closely with colleagues to achieve team sales targets.
2. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
3. Identify business opportunities and propose strategies to management.
**Requirements**:
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in Real estate sales.
3. Proven sales performance and customer service skills.
**Skills**:1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong market knowledge and industry insights.
3. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
