We are planning to set up an In-house Contact centre for SMB Renewal Process.

Below are the requirements:

B2B/Customer relationships/management/Revenue generation/Account Management/ Out bound sales

**Key Responsibilities**
- Renewal process Management
- Client Retention
- B2B Sales
- Tele Sales and Revenue generation

**Desired Profile**

**Qualification**:
2ndPUC & Above

**Skills**

Good Communication in English, Good Negotiation skill, Good Convincing skill, Worked in retention model

**Core Competencies**
- Should have B2B tele sales experience
- Should have retention experience.
- Currently doing 70+ Calls in a day preferred
- Should be open to work from office
- 6 days working from office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:

- telesales: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Bangalore, Karnataka (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
