Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions that align with Sturdy Groups' offerings.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Sturdy Groups' services, including design and turnkey execution, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client requirements.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, interiors, or related industries.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Passionate about sales and customer service
