We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales professional to join our international import/export company and take ownership of our USA client accounts. In this critical role, you will leverage your existing relationships and knowledge of the American market to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow our existing book of USA-based business clients through excellent account management and client retention efforts.
- Identify new sales opportunities and prospects within the United States through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other lead-generation tactics.
- Conduct product presentations, proposals, and demos highlighting our import/export services tailored to American companies and their requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals for terms favorable to both parties including pricing, contracts, logistics, and compliance needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, logistics, and trade compliance teams to ensure successful and compliant execution of all orders and shipments.
- Provide consultative solution-based sales approach, becoming a trusted trade advisor to American businesses.
- Achieve and surpass quarterly/annual sales targets and revenue goals for the USA region.
- Maintain expert working knowledge of USA trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry trends impacting American importers/exporters.
- Build and promote strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts.
- Accurately forecast sales pipelines and provide routine reports on account status and projections.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling import/export services to American companies
- Verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding quotas while managing USA-based territories
- Proven skills in prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing complex B2B sales
- Consultative and solution-selling experience; ability to become a trusted trade advisor
- Strong business acumen and working knowledge of USA customs/trade regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically within the USA as needed
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of import/export operations like logistics, compliance, and documentation a plus

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,898.04 per month
