**Job Title: Helpdesk Execuitve**

Working for First level Maintenance for ATM

Dispatch the First Level Maintenance calls to the concerned Field Engineers(Custodians) to make machine operational.

Taking follow-ups on pending calls & closures.

Handling all kinds of queries (Customer/Bank), escalation calls etc.

To co-ordinate with customers & develop good relations with them.

Coordinating E-mails on time to customer and as well as seniors.

There will be coordination with the banks team and field team

**Skills required: -**

Basic knowledge of Micro-Soft Office (Excel, Word)

Effective communication

Decision Making

Ready to work in pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santacruz, Mumbai - 400042, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
