**Helpdesk Role (Thai Client)**:
**Requirement**:

- Communicating and Co-ordinating with the client.
- Perform a range of work activities to meet business and customer
requirements.
- Co-ordinate small teams delivering basic with company process to meet
business and customer requirements.
- Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer
demands are met.
- Evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands
are met.
- To execute service level agreement and manage relationships with business
partners
- Passionate about solving problems, quality and learning new technologies
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain
co
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Speaking Thai language.
- Must able to communicate fluently incl. read, write and speak in Thai Language.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Works under supervision. Uses minor discretion.
- Customer service abilities.
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
