- To achieve committed volumes/ targets by growing the business for Winds with strong emphasis on networking sales and enhancing the transactions.

**Job Profile**:

- Develops organizations business development by contributing sales information, analysis and direction, establishing sales objectives in line with the organizational objectives.
- Evaluating market trends, establishing critical measurements, determining quality and customer/partner service, accumulating resources and team building, implementing change.
- Drive the workforce for aligning and on-boarding Captains in the sales network.
- Anticipating market requirements, trends and variances, aligning resources, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions.
- Recommends & executes plans to improve long-term profit contribution by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Exceeding sales targets by enhancing business.
