Front Desk Associate

The **Admin at Front Desk** role is a crucial position responsible for managing front-office activities, maintaining office operations, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment. The individual will also handle visitor interactions, manage resources, and assist with daily office maintenance. Professionalism, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper entry procedures.
- Coordinate with the team to facilitate meetings or conference room bookings.
**2. Attendance Management**:
- Monitor and mark employee attendance via the portal and maintain daily attendance records in Excel.
- Track in/out timings and share reports with management as required.
**3. Administrative Support**:
- Manage and update asset management sheets, ensuring all office assets are numbered and tracked.
- Handle distribution and management of access cards, ID cards, visiting cards, and other
office-related items like sports equipment and pantry/housekeeping supplies.
**4. Expense Management**:
- Manage daily petty expenses, maintain records, and feed the information into Excel following the specific format.
- Keep track of expenses related to the GTB Nagar office.
**5. Housekeeping Oversight**:
- Supervise housekeeping personnel and review their performance regularly.
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained, with a particular focus on Saturdays.
**6. Visitor & Vendor Management**:
- Handle entry and coordination with external visitors and vendors.
- Ensure that all core team members' entry is properly recorded.
**7. Inventory & Checklist Verification**:
- Verify checklists for office boy duties and ensure tasks are completed satisfactorily.
**8. Team Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and office upkeep.
