**Job Overview**:
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients. This role includes managing front desk operations such as greeting guests, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Front Desk Associate will play a key role in representing the company and ensuring smooth daily operations of the office or establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide information about the company’s services, programs, and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive, efficient experience for all clients and guests.
- **Reception & Administrative Tasks**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings or conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, clients, and appointments.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- **Facility Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and in working order.
- Monitor and maintain visitor logs and check-in systems for security purposes.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities, resources, and schedules.
- Assist in special projects or administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and data entry when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any graduate any postgraduate.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work with people at all levels.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with working hours from [10:00 AM to 7:00 PM].
- Office environment with regular interaction with clients, visitors, and colleagues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
