We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take on the role of Lead Generation and Sales Specialist. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage with potential clients, showcase the impact of our events, and contribute to the continued success of Altrusia.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Engagement:
- Establish rapport and build relationships with leads through effective communication.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Altrusia Global Events and its transformative B2B experiences.
- Conduct product/service presentations to showcase the unique benefits of participating in our events.
2. Sales Closure:
- Lead the negotiation and closing processes to secure participation agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts.
3. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and sales activities to the management team.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in lead generation and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
3. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and a keen understanding of client needs.
4. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
