- Proven experience in client-facing roles, account management, or client success in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop customized solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, metrics, and KPIs to drive insights and decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

**Growth Path for Client Success Team**:

- **Client Success Manager**: Entry-level position responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention.
- **Senior Client Success Manager**: Experienced role with added responsibilities such as leading strategic client initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to departmental growth strategies.
- **Client Success Director**: Leadership role overseeing the entire client success team, setting departmental goals and strategies, and driving overall client success and revenue growth for the agency.
