**Objective**:
As an Account Strategist at Clevertize Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their business objectives, and developing strategic marketing plans. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization of digital marketing campaigns, driving client satisfaction and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities (KRA)**:
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- ** Strategic Campaign Planning**: Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies that align with client goals, ensuring optimal results.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
- ** Client Reporting & Analysis**: Provide clients with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- ** Budget Management**: Oversee campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- ** Campaign Optimization**: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across various digital channels.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- ** New Business Development**: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- ** Client Presentation & Briefing**: Prepare and present strategic plans, proposals, and campaign results to clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Account Strategist or in a similar role within a digital or Integrated marketing agency.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to optimize strategies.
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
