Inside Sales Executive - EdTech
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine if they are a good fit for our products and servicDevelop a deep understanding of our EdTech solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their challenges and objectives, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage sales pipeline and prioritize activities to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to sales management using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 6months - 1year of inside sales experience in the EdTech industry.(B2C SALES)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Night shift
- US shift
Travel requirement:
- No travel
