We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth through proactive communication and relationship-building. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to close sales and meet sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- **Sales Qualification**:
Engage with inbound leads and qualify them through needs analysis, ensuring they are a good fit for the company's products/services.
- **Product/Service Presentation**:

- **Sales Negotiation & Closing**:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospects and work towards closing deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, providing excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **CRM Management**:
Use the company's CRM system to track all sales activities, update customer information, and monitor progress towards sales targets.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
Work closely with the external sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the team on market developments and customer needs.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**:
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, either in person, over the phone, or via virtual platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
