NorthStar Academy, a leading provider of online Finance and Accounting training, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. We're committed to empowering students across the globe with the skills they need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and connect with potential students, building relationships and generating qualified leads for our in-demand courses (CMA, CPA, ACCA, FRM & CFA).
- **Consultative Sales**: Provide expert guidance to potential students, helping them understand the value of our programs and how they align with their career goals.
- **Sales Conversion**: Close deals by overcoming objections and guiding students through the enrollment process.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with potential and enrolled students, providing exceptional support and addressing inquiries promptly.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead generation, and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously stay updated on industry trends, course offerings, and competitor insights.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or technology industry.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with potential students.
- **Persuasive and Consultative Approach**: Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- **Strong Work Ethic**: A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Neo Dove) to manage leads, track progress, and analyse performance.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think critically, identify solutions, and overcome challenges.
