Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Hyderabad
Base Salary: ₹30,000 per month, plus a 10% sales commission based on achieving monthly revenue targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop high-quality sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and participating in community events, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Identify and engage potential business customers via phone calls, networking, and social media, focusing on the FMCG and retail sectors.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals, targeting B2B clients and including materials and equipment specifications, estimates, and timelines.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective companies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through contract signing and closing, ensuring all sales targets are met.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships, including negotiating contracts and renewals, and conducting training sessions for customers’ employees.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Any degree with a specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Proven sales experience in the FMCG and retail sectors, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes, particularly within the food industry.
- Excellent communication skills, crucial for effective sales presentations and pitches.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, and digital advertising platforms preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a focus on achieving sales goals.
