Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales & marketing executive to join our real esate team. This role requires a combination of sales prowess, marketing insight and a deep understanding of the real estate Market.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify new available projects in the market and area of growth.
- Network and build relationship with clients, real estate stakeholders for residential properties.
- Understand client needs and show properties and site visits and help clients through the purchase process.
- Conduct Property tours and showcase presentation to prospective buyer, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms of sale, including price, financing and closing dates, to achieve mutually benefits agreement for buyers and sellers.
- Work along with sales team to meet target.
- Join sales and marketing activities and attend meeting & training sessions.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 0 to 3 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of local market and strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with CRM software.
- Self-motivated and team player.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
