1) LEAD GENERATION
As a lead generator, we already have a database of around 300, to whom you need to send regular WhatsApp updates (content provided by us). Your role is to develop relationships and build trust with these clients so they begin sharing inquiries. Additionally, you will need to visit them with our lighting consultant team to further strengthen these relationships.
2 ) CONVERSION
Once inquiries are received, you will need to collaborate with our lighting consultant. They will handle the technical aspects of the conversion, while your role will involve coordinating with clients to ensure availability and facilitating smooth communication throughout the process.
3) NEGOTIATION
After the product is specified, you will need to provide the final quote, including payment terms, and work towards closing the deal.
4) MAKING QUOTATION
Product Price with Product detailing, Taxes, Packing Details with cost (Wooden /Normal), Delivery Charges, Installation Charges (in which we have to consider as per product installation time require at site i.e. minimum, visit, we consider & cost for this we incorporate into the Installation Charges), Payment Terms (as per Company Policy)
5) PROCESS ORDER
Place order with Back Office After receiving the Confirmed PO from client, sent order to back office for Production with details information / requirement as per PO. (Delivery / Installation / Contact Person at Site with contact Details) In case of any challenges / queries / complaints from client side to Sales Person, they should bring to notice immediately to concern person and try to close the same ASAP.
5) PROCESS ORDER
Place order with Back Office After receiving the Confirmed PO from client, sent order to back office for Production with details information / requirement as per PO. (Delivery / Installation / Contact Person at Site with contact Details) In case of any
6) FACTORY COORDINATION
Once everything is confirmed, send the order to the back office with detailed confirmation. Manage communication with the factory, ensuring timely production by expediting progress as needed. Additionally, you will keep clients updated on the status of the manufacturing process to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
4) ACCOUNT HOLDER
Once you have successfully established 30 to 40 accounts that keep you engaged, your primary responsibility will be to maintain strong relationships and provide all necessary services, ensuring you receive regular business from them.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
