Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by preparing sales reports, tracking progress towards sales targets, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- **Order Processing**: Manage the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services. Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status and updates.
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any issues related to orders, shipments, or product inquiries.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as contracts, proposals, quotations, and presentations, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- **Sales Analytics**: Assist in generating sales reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales team’s performance and suggest improvements.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment in sales activities and smooth customer transactions.
- **Event & Trade Show Coordination**: Assist in organizing sales-related events, product launches, and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings and engage with potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Track inventory levels in coordination with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock is available for sales fulfillment.
- **Sales Training Support**: Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing them with necessary resources, tools, and training materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related administrative roles (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
