**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Location**: Borivali

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing and Management**:

- Handle incoming sales orders, process them accurately, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any order-related issues.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Provide information on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to both customers and the sales team.
- **Customer Coordination**:

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Track and follow up on customer orders, sending updates, confirmations, and handling any concerns that arise.
- **Database and CRM Management**:

- Maintain and update client records, sales data, and transactions in the CRM and other databases.
- Generate regular reports on sales metrics, including order volumes, revenue, and client activity, for management review.
- **Sales Team Coordination**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team, and assist in coordinating sales-related events.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as expense tracking, travel arrangements, and file management.
- **Inventory and Product Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock availability for client orders.
- Update the sales team on new product launches, discontinued items, and inventory changes.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Compile sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for team leaders and management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar administrative support role.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
