Job Overview:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in managing customer orders, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring efficient sales operations.

The role involves coordinating between various departments, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting in sales-related administrative tasks within the packaging and manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate order fulfillment with the production and logistics teams.

Monitor order status and update customers on order progress and delivery timelines.

Manage and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or returns.

Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.

Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.

Prepare and distribute sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.

Data Management:Maintain accurate sales records and databases.

Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to support decision-making.Update and manage the customer database with relevant information and interactions.

Administrative Duties:
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

Market Research:Support market research activities to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.

Assist in analyzing competitor activities and market conditions.

Documentation and Compliance:Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packaging industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.

**Skills**:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
