**Role & Responsibilities -**
- Obtain proper information and data regarding invoice payments
- Assemble invoices to be completed for payment
- Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support
- Type periodic reports and other records
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
- Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts
- Preparing/ Submission of monthly Bank Reconciliation (all bank accounts)
- Petty cash management and cash reconciliation
- Processing of Vendors payments and Reimbursements and checking accounting entries for the same.
- TDS calculations and payments.
- Mange income tax return filling.
- Manage GST registration & Return filing.
