**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate office activities and events, such as team meetings, workshops, and training, ensuring that all logistics are well-planned and executed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers to address any issues promptly.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and setting up workspaces.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, such as employee information, vendor contracts, and expense reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee files.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a strong understanding of office management practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in operations or facilities management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
