**Major Responsibilities**:
Manage and organize the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Coordinate and plan business and personal events, meetings, and social engagements.
Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure efficient workflow.
Proactively remind the executive of key commitments, deadlines, and tasks.
Arrange both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Ensure all travel documents such as visas and passports are up to date.
Manage personal calendars and appointments, including healthcare, family, and social obligations.
Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes during meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items
Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
