Customer Success Executive

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how our products/services can help them achieve their goals
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Advocate for clients' needs within the company to ensure they receive the best possible service and support
