**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver Sales goals on online marketplaces preferably Amazon Marketplace, along with P&L Responsibility. Tracking & reporting daily sales and taking actions to ensure continuous growth. Reporting weekly sales report to management
- Channel/Account Management - Taking care of tasks related to specific channels, coordinating with category managers/account managers of various channels
- Execute the Joint Business Plan for driving profitable sales growth for our brands on Amazon and Others.
- Negotiate and Own the "Terms of Trade" with Ecommerce customers for a Win-Win partnership
- Customer Management - Building relationships with the E-Com retailers at each level - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM, and brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and product performance.
- Assortment: Improving assortment on platforms & driving listings of new launch with speed
- Promotions - Understanding the Key Business Drivers for each account and formulating an activation calendar in line with that. Plan out and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth.
- Managing Amazon Advertising and Amazon Marketing Services for the brand.
- Managing weekly inventory/OOS/Loss of sales reports for marketplaces.
- Ensure marketplace copy and meta data are fully optimized to maximize traffic from searches. Assist in SEO efforts including keyword research, site audits, page and site level optimization, link building, and competitive assessment.
- Overseeing the development of customer experience & relationships through marketplace

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3-5+ years of E-commerce experience
- Experience in E-commerce Amazon and Flipkart
- Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
- Microsoft Excel efficiency is must.
