Admin Executive

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Administrative Functions:
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including file management, office supply procurement, and communication handling.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
- Coordinate and support various departments in administrative tasks.
2. Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with vendors, both domestic and international, to procure goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues or concerns.
3. Office Operations:
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies management, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Manage office-related contracts (e.g., lease, utilities, and service agreements).
4. Government Office Visits:
- Conduct visits to government offices to facilitate administrative processes, approvals, and compliance. 5. Inventory Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Plan for IT hardware/software upgrades and procurement.
6. Employee Support:
- Assist with onboarding processes by setting up IT systems and providing administrative support to new hires.
- Address day-to-day administrative requests from employees.
7. Technical Support:
- Provide first-line IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for advanced troubleshooting and repairs.
8. Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
9. Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve administrative issues promptly, ensuring a high level of efficiency.
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall operations.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in IT and admin executive role, with a focus on office management, vendor management, Inventory management and administrative functions.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
