Admin Executive

Enpass Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT and Admin Executive to manage and oversee the company's IT functions and administrative functions. The role involves ensuring seamless IT operations, maintaining office systems, and providing essential administrative support to enhance organizational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administrative Functions:
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including file management, office supply
procurement, and communication handling.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
- Coordinate and support various departments in administrative tasks.
2. Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with vendors, both domestic and international, to procure goods
and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues or concerns.
3. Office Operations:
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies management, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Manage office-related contracts (e.g., lease, utilities, and service agreements).
4. Government Office Visits:
- Conduct visits to government offices to facilitate administrative processes, approvals, and compliance.
5. Inventory Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Plan for IT hardware/software upgrades and procurement.
6. Employee Support:
- Assist with onboarding processes by setting up IT systems and providing administrative support to new hires.
- Address day-to-day administrative requests from employees.
7. Technical Support:
- Provide first-line IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for advanced troubleshooting and repairs.
8. Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
9. Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve administrative issues promptly, ensuring a high level of efficiency.
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall operations.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in IT and admin executive role, with a focus on office management, vendor management, Inventory management and administrative functions.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
