**About Arcedior**:
**Role Overview**:
As the Business Development Manager - International Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and increasing our global sales footprint. This role requires a self-driven, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate and negotiate with international clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, particularly in hospitality and interior solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing international clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote Arcedior’s products and services.
**Key Skills and Requirements**:
- **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with international clients.
- **Proven experience in international sales**, preferably in the furniture or interior solutions industry.
- **Strong networking abilities** and an established contact base in international markets.
- High level of **energy and enthusiasm** to drive sales growth.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
- **Negotiation and closing skills** with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of international trade practices and export regulations is a plus.
